hey every one i need to change the current theme of my Ubuntu because it cause Ubuntu to freeze at startup i tried failsafe gnome but the same happens so i want a code to change the current theme so please help !! i don't want to reinstall Ubuntu!!!

no error but the first time i installed that gtk theme ubuntu freezes so i restarted the pc so at the start up it freezes again and the sound of the cpu's became like a jet engine
(like in windows when you open too much applications )
