Where does synaptic save custom filters?

When I create a custom filter with synaptic, where is it stored? IN which folder? I want to export it and copy it somewhere else, so that other people can use it too.

An alternative is, how do I manually create a synaptic custom filter file?
To know the way is one thing, to follow the way is a different matter.....

Synaptic - Settings - Filters - add a new filter

Yes, I know this, I was asking, when I create a new filter, in which file is that filter stored? Or I won't be able to pass the enw filter to anyone else, ya know
