Any luck running Google Chrome on Wine?

Not working for me

Then remove the ./

I am having the same problem as Solitaire. I tried without the ./ as well

Check the "Drives" folder and permissions..

You can get the actual build from here: http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/s...m-rel-xp/1648/
That get's you around using the installer since it is just a zip with everything in it.
But it still fails in wine.

I'm running the installer from my home directory. Wine interprets it as my Y: drive.

The only winetrick installed is msxml3.

it is not the final solution.. but it will get it running (well it crashes after startup - but it is a good step in the right direction)

installer worked fine when I clicked it
the browser on the other hand is having problems opening google
