[SOLVED] 7.10 -> 8.04 having trouble mounting dm-crypt/LUKS external hard drive

    Hi all,

I used to have Ubuntu 7.10 running on my laptop with a dm-crypt/LUKS encrypted external hard drive.

After upgrading to 8.04, I get an

    Code:
Unable to set up crypto device

    Error org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.Crypto.SetupPasswordError

Error setting up /dev/sdb5 - bad password?
error message whenever I try to mount the hard drive through the Gnome File Browser. I think I must be doing something wrong, something that's pretty simple. Any ideas?

    Oh, forget about it!

I was using the wrong password! ha!

    Problem resolved.
