New Mythbuntu Install Issue

Hey guys,
I'm new to mythbuntu and am running into an issue right off the bat. I run the install and when the computer rebooted the screen looks like this. (I am hooked up via DVI.)

I got the same looking screen when I try to install the Nvidia drivers after an Ubuntu 8.04.1 install. That install was a 64 bit version so I thought I would try the standard 386 version of Mythbuntu with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to fix this?

This is the motherboard I purchased.

ASUS M3N78-EMH HDMI AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 8200 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Thanks,
Ryan

Re: New Mythbuntu Install Issue

I had this issue but it was random and for no reason. I booted into safe graphics mode and installed the restricted drivers for Nvidia after that i did a clean install though lol

Re: New Mythbuntu Install Issue

Can you post your Xorg.conf and possibly your dmesg output?
