I just installed Ubuntu EEE twice on my EEE 2G surf. The first time, using the default place for the boot manager, the second time telling the installer to load the manager to the internal flash.

Here is how I have the drives setup

Internal Flash
2gig set to /usr

USB FD (my tumbstick)
4gig (this is where the ubuntu installer is located)

Flash SD (My 8gig SD card)
1gig set to SWAP
7gig set to /

Everything installs correctly but I can not boot to Ubuntu unless I have my usb stick inserted. How can I get Ubuntu to boot without having to insert the usb stick each time?
