    How to view installed packages that are not on repos?

    I have installed some packages that are not included on our repositories..
    for example frostwire.. does anyone know how to view them all?
    If i could change something in the world..
    i would turn the sea blue again and feed the poor..

    In Synaptic, do they show under 'Local or Obsolete'?

    any suggestion on how to do it from command line or adept?
