Voice Changer for Ubuntu

Does anyone know where I can find a decent voice changer application for Ubuntu 8.04? I've done some searching, but so far, no results.

It would be nice to find an app with a GUI that can both change your voice as you speak in real time or be able to record your voice then alter it later. It would be even better if you could record your voice in real time and then pipe it through some voice chat application like Skype.

there's the audacity sound editor in the repo's - you could use that to record your voice and edit it later? dunno about altering it in real time though, sorry!

Audacity does not work in realtime. I already tried it. At least not till 1.3.5-beta version
