My acpi -V output typically shows between 50-65c with "always low" set in bios frequency scaling. This is the AMD Turion 64 x2 model of the satellite a215. Just curious what everyone elses satellite shows in terms of temperature.

acpi -V yields 65C.
I have observed that the cpu fan never runs. I am just starting to investigate.

I have an Acer but with the same CPU type and mine was doing thermal shutdowns untill I made a power management script for it and now keep CPU and Hard disk in check and at lower temp.
