[SOLVED] packages.ubuntu.com not as up-to-date as the repos?

I was downloading a package through the repositories called "kde-icons-oxygen", and it was going so slow I thought I would try going to packages.ubuntu.com, pick another source, and just download it manually. But unless I missed something, the latest version is 4.0.3 at packages.ubuntu.com, while the version in the repos is 4.1.0.

So did I miss something, or is packages.ubuntu.com not as up-to-date as downloading from the repos? Thanks in advance for any help.

OK, I'm brain dead today. Turns out the 4.1.0 version is available through the Intrepid packages at packages.ubuntu.com, when I was looking at the Hardy package.
