I might be mistaken but the post looks to have been made before the forum was upgraded, and thus it was archived along with all posts made before the upgrade.

I would suggest if you have the same issue to either post a new thread with full details of your issue incl errors shown, or PM the original thread starter, and see if she, or he solved their issue, and ask what was done to fix it.
