    Correcting an image's angle

    I got a question I don't know how to ask, so I was unsuccessful looking for the answer so far.

    I want to correct the angle of one of my pictures. The picture was taken from a point lower than the object itself and I want to correct that and make it look as if I stood right in front of the object. I know there's such a function in ACDsee.

    The image is attached.

    Does anyone know how to do that or how to search for an answer?
