I like Crap Cleaner, also known as CCleaner. Works great on the windows boxen I support.

I do hope you're kidding about norton.

I've taken a dislike to spybot, though I haven't used it in a awhile so it may be better than I remember it being.

I promote as much open source / free software as I can. Most of it is well received.
