    Question Firewall for Kubuntu?

    is there one that comes with Kubuntu? if so tell me!
    Main OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64

    Laptop: Linux Mint (Cinnamon)

    Well, juding by Open Suse, I think that Kubuntu comes with a firewall already. I'm kind of new to linux, so don't take my advices seriously enough.

    UFW is no firewall...

    and yes, ubuntu comes with a firewall called iptables.

    Beside, I think there's hardly any need to alter the default iptables configuration.
