    [SOLVED] gedit window can't resize

    Hi,

Somehow I've managed to make my gedit window's vertical hight about 300 pixels taller than my screen resolution. I can't move the window into a position where I can resize it with the mouse, as the I can't seem to move the window past the top of the screen. Is there a config file somewhere that stores the size of the window on startup? I've already looked for one, but nothing has come up so far.

    Thankyou,

    -Nova

Can you move it with the mouse - Alt+leftbutton

Should be able to move it down then and resize

I tried that. I am not able to move to top of the window higher than the bottom of the top pannel. I also tried moving the panel to the side (which worded) but then I was unable to move the top of the window past the top of the screen.

I've you have wobbly windows on and use the expo plugin, you could drag it back when using the latter effect.

Or you could just quit gedit and hope gets placed properly when you re-open it.
