Console multi-threaded downloader?

Can you advise me a console-based file downloader supporting multiple threads? I know I used one few years ago, it was just a thing I need but I don't remember its name. Only thing I know is that user interface was all green. If I put this thread into wrong section, I apologize, mods please move it.

Aria2c looks like it's pretty good. Its page says it's still being actively developed. I sometimes use axel combined with axelq (queue manager for axel).
