    Exclamation World of Warkraft

I just installed WoW the Burning Crusade. When I run it with Wine, Ubuntu stalls for 5 seconds or so, and then I go onto the login screen. Right here is where the problem lies. My mouse is so slow I can't even move it! I had to REISUB to get out. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks.

P.S.: I think I'll just have to download the restricted drivers. How may I do this? Thanks!

Here is a link to a tutorial if you need to re-install WoW.

The problem you are having actually sounds like you definitely need to get some updated video card drivers. I'm really only familiar with Hardy, but all I needed to do to install the restricted video drivers was click on an icon at the top right of my screen. I can't remember the exact shape of the icon, but I believe it was the same as the 'computer updates' icon.

    Hope that helps!

Yep, it definitely was a graphics problem. I fixed it now. Thanks for your quick reply!

Ok. Now onto a new thing.

When I startup WoW and go onto the logon screen, the processor and the picture with 2 computers flickers. Is there a basic way to end flicking?

    Thanks!
