Windows XP installation Help

Hi i got a windows xp installation disk but when i insert it into the ubuntu computer a window pops up with all this stuff but how do install xp?

You have to boot from the CD.

Reboot, when your computer starts back up, should say "Hit [button] to enter setup", enter your BIOS, change the boot sequence to boot from CD-ROM, reboot again, should boot into the XP Installation...
