    "Reinstalling ndiswrapper-common and ndiswrapper-utils-1.8"
    i did this by

    Code:
    sudo aptitude remove ndiswrapper-utils

    sudo aptitude install ndiswrapper-utils-1.8 ndiswrapper-common
    as mentioned on the thread

    but with no use

i did come along another thread on debian forums which mentiones that i s
" need to rebuild custom modules "

but i really dont know what does that mean i am kind of new to linux its my second week with ubuntu
