mp3 player will no longer mount!

I need urgent help!

I did something really stupid! in an attempt to sync my rockbox firmwared toshiba gigabeat mp3 player with amarok, I tried changing the mount point in the properties to see if that would fix it!

Me being ignorant of the whole linux system put:

/giga

as a mount point.

the result is it will no longer mount!

I have tried a few basic things and will keep trying but am clueless.

please help!

ps: please include a step by step instruction because I really am clueless with any terminal language!

I have fixed the mounting problem I had.
