    [SOLVED] Cube help please

    Hey all,

    Just wondering how to change the background of the desktop cube, got the top and bottom, but a bit confused on how to change the background

    Desktop Cube > Appearance. Check the box next to skydome and then add a skydome image.
    Be Safe. Use Linux.
    Double your drive space. Delete Windows.

    Just change the desktop background in System->Preferences->Appearance on the Background tab.

    EDIT: ...assuming you're talking about the desktop background, rather than the cube caps. If you're talking about the area behind the cube, then that's the skydome that Ryadt mentioned. Do what he said to change it.

    doesnt work, image formats (using JPG)?

    Fixed. All's I had to do was check 'Skydome'

    Yeah, yeah... I know. In my defense, he did say "background of the desktop cube", which could be interpreted as the "desktop background of the cube". And sometimes people overlook the easy answer.
