A Carafe of Ubuntu
installation problem no cd drive!
i know what you are thinking just put it on a usb pen drive but i have tried that my laptop (a toshiba tablet) will not boot from anything but either harddrive or network.
my question, is there any way i can create a bootable partition from windows to install linux?

You can use unetbootin to install ubuntu.
