    Exclamation Apache problem! Help needed quickly!

    The power went out in the room my server is in, and upon restarting it it won't serve any webpages. When I restart Apache I get this in Apache's error.log
    Code:
    [Sat Aug 02 20:37:48 2008] [notice] caught SIGWINCH, shutting down gracefully
[Sat Aug 02 20:37:53 2008] [notice] Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.3 with Suhosin-Patch configured -- resuming normal operations
[Sat Aug 02 20:38:09 2008] [notice] caught SIGWINCH, shutting down gracefully
    I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.
