    problem with pptp vpn

    I have a prob configuring nm to use a ppp vpn. here is what ive done so far.

    config via knetworkmanagfer didnt work, so i installed nm-applet. now i can configure my vpn via this applet. when i connect now, it tells me username or password are incorrect. they are definetely correct!

    Any help appreciated, im desperate as i need this!

    We could help you much better if you would provide us some logfiles and configuration settings.

    Yes, more info, but what router? I had the same problem with a SonicWall and even if I went into it and reset the password so I was SURE, it would still give the same complaint. Finally just created a new connection and that worked.
