Question Advice on purchasing new wireless card

I have an HP Pavillion dv9225us Laptop, with AMD Turion TL-60 2.0Ghz, and a Broadcom BCM4312 rev2 wireless card (mini PCI Express I believe). I've tolerated using the wireless card with ndiswrapper and it's been working alright till recently, giving trouble detecting on boot, very weak signal. I want to buy a new card for my laptop, can anyone recommend a card that would work out of the box (has to be miniPCIe), without having to use windows drivers with ndiswrapper? One with n support would be great.

Would it simply be a matter of removing the old card and plugging in the new one, or would any additional installation be required? I'm thinking the Intel 4965AGN (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Wirele...7441649&sr=8-1) but I don't know if it would be compatible with my system.
