    Installing Ubuntu on MacBook Pro

So, I managed to get Ubuntu 8.04 running on my macbook air last weekend and was impressed with how well even compiz fusion worked on it.

My next goal is to get it installed on my existing MacBook Pro and I'll probably swap out the drive and put in a Samsung M6. But when I've restored my drive I'd be left with a FAT Windows XP Boot Camp partition and the rest for OSX.

Is it possible to add Ubuntu without messing up the existing installation? I assume Refit will allow me to do all of this.

you can try to resize a paritition and install Ubuntu but there are no guarantees with Windows.
