Upgrading my Graphics card, could my new card cause a bottleneck

Currently I have a ATi Radeon 7000 PCI (64mb). Its a good card, but i get crap performance on 3D games. I thinking about upgrading to nVidia Geforce 5200 PCI (256mb). My current system has a Intel Celeron 700mhz and 256mb RAM. If I got the 5200, would it cause a bottleneck.

If so, could you recommend another PCI graphics card which will not cause a bottleneck on my system.

That comp isn't going to be able to run games like nexuiz, sauerbraten, and unreal tournament 2004 anyway, and open arena, tremulous and urban terror should run good on that card, right?

I have tried openarena, it gets about 20fps on low. But when you are online, the fps can drop to about 3 when your in the heat of the action.

    I will give tremulous.

You probably right, my current PC wouldn't be able to play games any better than ones I'm currently playing
