    Processor e6550: which is better. 32 or 64 bit?

    Hi,

    I have a e6550 processor (Core 2 Duo @ 2.33Ghz) + 3gb of ram + 500gb hard disk.
    My goal is to run this machine as a server with vmware server with 32 bit guests.
    Should I install 32 or 64 bit Ubuntu?
