I am trying to play the following web cast with Real Player 11

I have followed the installation instructions in
http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:H...Mozilla_Plugin
All seems to work OK (apart from
sudo mv /usr/lib/totem/gstreamer/libtotem-complex-plugin.so ~/.
not finding the folder or file....
When I come to play the desired webcast, it just keeps connecting (as in screenshot) and never completes or plays.
