    Mouse

I have a Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 and I would like to know if there is a way to get its extra button to work. I mostly use it as a back button for the internet. Anyway thanks for the help.

Any ideas? Not too big a deal but it would be nice to get it working.

Ok I discovered that the extra button is working as the forward button by default. Anyone know how to change it to the back button?

Yeah try btnx. It's a great mouse configuring program. I have my wireless windows mouse set up to copy, paste, and switch workspaces, along with the usual functions.

BTNX doesn't seem to do anything. I assign keys to my mouse buttons but nothing happens.

    Re: Mouse

Well I got btnx to work with my mouse buttons. But I still have a problem. It seems that even though I have my extra button mapped as back in btnx when I push it in Firefox it is still the forward button. How do make it so my back button only goes back?
