YKYAGW you tell your friends you're too busy to go see The Dark Knight Rises, because you're rolling your own distro. (True story)

Enlighten me how that makes you a geek. In the summer, the garage is usually one of the hottest parts of a house, second to the attic, since most builders are too cheap to properly insulate the house.

YKYAGW you get fired up when you hear someone bad-mouth your OS.

I think it is because of all the servers and computers running there?

My garage is the 2nd coolest location in the house (without AC).. the basement is the 1rst. Both of them are "blow grade level" (1 or more sides is under ground level so that keeps it cool... except with all of the computers running ... )

In response to the garage stuff, I suppose I could run a whole ton of desktops in there in the middle of winter and it'd be warm enough to have a LAN party.

YKYGW you plan on writing a whole ton of song parodies (mainly pertaining to geekhood and such).

when you fix bugs in one environment while installing a new virtual environment to search for memory leaks on and write tiny scripts to mass create/terminate virtual servers all at the same time.

At least I'm getting paid for it.

you walk into your local computer store and ALL the salesdroids run away (like in those western movies with the shoot outs) cause you can answer any question a customer asks better then they could.
