Thanks. I'm kinda settled with oxy-neon for now. It looks good on dark-with-a-little-blue themes.
Try DeviantArt. Category Customization > Skins & Themes > Linux and Unix Utilities > X11 Cursors. That's where I get most of my (animated) cursors.
