    I thought that, but also, when his cousin gets a computer I think "Wonder what type and what OS, does he maintain it, what about anti-virus, does he use the internets on it etc." But his cousin does have a PC (or Mac) and so it's at least dated to mid 80s I'm guessing and so there would be at least BBS for Harry to use, I wonder if the wizards have their own special servers they use for talking and data, what about hacking spells? How much easier would it be to format a disk with magic?
