    Restoring GRUB Loader

    Hi All,

This is my first post on this forum. I hope to find the solution to my problem. I have installed Ubuntu 8.04 on my computer and after that tried to install XP which caused some problem due to which now I am not able to load the system. The OS seems to be fine but the GRUB loader need to be restored. I tried running the live CD which runs fine and shows me the drive on which Ubuntu is install. On the hard disk I have 3 partitions out of which 2 are FAT and on is EXT3. I do not have any other OS on that hard disk. I have one more hard disk which has Win XP installed on it where I use the other 2 partitions of this hard disk.

Please help me to restore GRUB. If its not possible I will reinstall Ubuntu..
