    Yeah, I got told that yesterday when I rang my ISP about connection issues. Apparently the support monkey hadn't been given a script for what to say if the customer tells you they're running Linux (as I did), because she just kept telling me to turn off Zone Alarm and that should fix the problem.

    You have to use the new improved ms internet which comes complete with a connection to the mindweb - only available with K915748
