It appears that nz.archive.ubuntu.com (202.7.6.10) has been off line for a few days now. Is this a temporary glitch, or should I permanently change settings in sources.list? (Is repos status posted anywhere?)

Don't try changing your download server directly on your sources.list file. Try to change it using "Software Sources" under System->Administration.Originally Posted by jynyl

Steady movement is more important than speed, much of the time. So long as there is a regular progression of Stimuli to get your mental hooks into, there is room for lateral movement. Once this begins, its rate is a matter of discretion.
