    Angry Firefox flash plugin

I checked the flash player plugins for firefox and three appeared in the list, I didn't install the adobe official plugin because I wanted to try the others.
Now when there is flash content a play button appears and I have to click it to make the flash content run, but it is very slow and it gets stuck in my computer.

How can I uninstall this plugin in order to install adobe's official.

Please give an easy-to-understand answer I'm new with ubuntu

    Thanks

Ubuntu-restricted-extras has one that works. Uninstall whatever you installed. Open up a terminal and type
    Code:
    apt-get update
    then type
    Code:
    aptitude install ubuntu-restricted-extras

I have totem plugins, quicktime, windows media, vlc shockwave flash plugins. Do I need to uninstall all of these first?
    The perfect wedding
    apt-get install weddingring
    apt-get update
    apt-get upgrade house
