A little more detail would help.

    What program?
    What's the exact error?

The program's Shareaza. The error is that it won't connect and says it has a firewall problem.
What is 'wow patch downloader ^^'? How do you fix it?

You are probably behind a router, you will need to use your browser and login to your router to forward whatever port this program needs to your computer.

This is a good guide for most common router models http://portforward.com/

Same Problem here despite the fact that I am not behind a router. The software is Readcube and it will not start untill it has an internet connection. Any idea ?
