    Tux Paint

    hi there

i need a very basic drawing application, with just a colour picker, a paintbrush, and an eraser.

tuxpaint is a very attractive program and would be perfect, but for the fact that it has too many tools.

i downloaded the source code, for tuxpaint, and tried to edit it to remove the un wanted tools

now im not exactly a expert programmer, as a matter of fact i have only just started learning,

but i tried to use a bit of common sense to remove the tools,

now all i have is a folder with the source code in it

i have absolutely no idea how to make this into a program

any help in compiling the source code, editing the source code, or even where i can find a program that would suit my needs

    thanks

That should help with the compiling of the program.
