I'm not familiar with Unetbootin, but from looking at the website it seems that you should choose Windows at the initial screen, and then run the program. Just from what I saw.
Yes. That is because I dont have a cd writer or usb pen.
You can install Debian from hard-drive
Also you can write cd on a different computer.

everytime i try to select Unetbootin
somtimes it just says, " Booting 'Unetbootin' "
---- then nothing happen.
Sometimes it says,
" Booting 'Unetbootin' "

I think your best bet would be to use deamon tools in windows to mount the ubuntu (or any other linux) iso image. Its fairly simple.
