Reinstall Ubuntu to fix Error 22?

I have a Dual boot...Vista/Ubuntu...
I wanted to remove Ubuntu from my lappy and just run from Vista
but put Ubuntu 0n my Desktop.

I deleted my ubuntu partion (dur..mistake) and now I cant boot, I get a message instead.

Error 22


I figured that installing ubuntu again would fix this problem since GRUB was in the deleted partion...but I cant install it. I cant get my lappy to boot up from the disc.

what to do?@!!!?!?!?
