    Exclamation Problems with system memory

I have a Biostar 754 socket motherboard with an AMD Sempron 3300 processor. WHen I bought it I installed a Kingston 256 MB 3200 DDR. Last week I ordered a 1GB 3200 DDR from Newegg. I got it Monday and placed it in my computer. AT first when I hit the power nothing, so I left it alone for the rest of the day. I came back on Tuesday and I check to make sure they facing the right way nad then I fire up the computer it comes on but instead of going to the BIOS screen I get a screen full a's. SO I turn it off and go to work. Last night when I get home I take out the chips and put them in by themselves and nothing. No power, nothing. Oh by the way this is a homebrew computer. Any thoughts on what a possible solution would be really helpful.

Well it looks like my motherboard has crashed so I'm going to get it replaced under warranty from Biostar.
