So I've been trying to follow all of the many many guides and tips for connecting to the internet, but still have no luck. I ran the following in Terminal for anybody who can make sense of it.. (ifconfig, iwconfig, lshw -C network)

I am trying to connect wirelessly. Using Ubuntu 8.04. Used to have Windows Vista where internet worked fine.
