    Multiple programs and sound

So I like many others am wondering how I can get it so Ubuntu will have sound working in two programs at once. This isnt a huge issue but would be nice if it where fixed.

For example im playing music in Banshee and non of my linux native games have sound (such as chromium). Also Banshee and FF Flash sound dont like to go together either. I have the default sound config that came with Ubuntu. Last time I tried to get pulse working correctly i ended up messing things up that i had before. So please help!

    Re: Multiple programs and sound

So I installed the PulseAudio Manager and its components and with it i checked a box to enable multiple programs to use sound. Apparently by multiple they mean 2 lol cause no more than 2 work with sound at a time...improvement yes....but I'd like to see it support even more at once, any ideas?

    You can try this:

I wrote it because I spent a long time getting all my sound to work together.

I guess for me a few at a time is enough
