IBM T20 TV Out, How do I make it work?

So I've searched a bit and I haven't a clue how to get the TV out active on my T20. Any suggestions?

Which video card does the T20 have? I've got a T60 and this page helped me quite a bit with getting an external monitor working. My T60 has the Intel 965GM card.

well the t20 that I've got has a Savage S3 vid card. I'm going to try out the link that you send though, it looks like it might do the trick
