How do I install flash in Konqueror?

I can't figure this out. I feel like I should be able to install the flash plugin from synaptic, instead of having to dl flash from the website, but will Konqueror 4.0.3 recognize it? I also read up on it, and a few ppl say go "configure konqueror-plugins", but with this version (4.0.3), there is no such thing as plugins =(

Great, but unfortunately, it still doesn't work. I did this:

    sudo apt-get install konqueror-nsplugins

    then

    sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

    then

Settings->Configure Conqueror..... Plugins..... Scan for new plugins

but....... theres no "plugins" under "configure konqueror" (which is unfortunate, because everyone says so)!!! I installed both these, but I don't see anywhere in konqueror where I can get it to recognize this nor a "plugins" section under it's configuration (its honestly not there). Is it because I have a newer version (4.0.3) of konqueror?
