Ok, I discovered that you have to pin or lock that package so it doesn't get upgraded. That is nicely outlined on this page: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PinningHowto

Looks like webcontentcontrol and timekpr are not available for Oneiric.

Just trying to get this to work, is there a script for install or just set repos and get in going on 10.4 ?

Yes, it's working fine with Lucind, just needed to adjust firehol :
Created a new firehol.conf, test it and works great as a network proxy.

I've gotten webcontentcontrol to work with Oneiric. I'll post what I did for anyone who wants to try it.

Ah, great.

Sorry I have not been working/updating WCC recently. I am quite busy at the moment with various other things, and most importantly, I have stopped using it myself, which reduces my motivation to work on it. :/

I hope to be able to work on it again soon, at least to keep it in a functioning state and working with each new Ubuntu release.
