exaile does not save preferences upon reboot

when I reboot, exaile does not save the preferences that I have made. any solution to this?

First of all which exaile version ? (as there might be bugfixed releases already).
Secondly is there any error message when you start exaile from a terminal window ?

And my last question, do you quit exaile before shutting down or reboot ?

Exaile 0.2.11 - from the repos
I do not exit exaile when rebooting.
no error messages.
