For the trouble it was worth when I built it, I would rethink building another water cooled system again. Just too much maintenance compared to alternatives.

Haha, I was thinking of commenting on that.

Anyway, its too loud because of the fans, and it heats the room up quite a lot, I have to have the window wide open, and a big desk fan on full blast to cool the place down sometimes. (And this is using "Cool n quiet")

I wish I had a bit more HDD space on my laptop (160-200 GB, instead of 120 GB) to store more movies and music. Everything else is perfect.

I don't like laptops' limits. I can't switch from ATI to nVidia.

Laptop (Thinkpad T61): Gets a bit too hot. Also, there are ubuntu-specific issues with the network card and network manager. Lastly, the speakers aren't very good.

Desktop: Getting a bit old now, but still works well and rather quickly.

I can't say I hate anything because I built it myself.
Maybe the only slight annoyance is the firewire port on the case but none built into the motherboard. So, it doesn't work. I knew that when I bought the parts and I have no firewire device so it's not really an issue. The dummy port just rubs the perfectionist side of me a tiny bit.
