    [SOLVED] firefox problems

I am starting to notice more and more how choppy my firefox scrolling is becoming.

Keyboard commands such as copy, pasting, new tabs, close tabs etc, sometimes there is a delay in response or they simply don't work, forcing me to do it manually with the mice the long way. Blah!

How can I fix this? ANy help appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Okay my report...

Uninstalled and reinstalled...... While Hardy came with Firefox 3, it was in Beta stage at the time and I had swapped it to Firefox 2.

Now that stable version of Firefox 3 has been released, I uninstalled firefox 2 and reinstalled 3 again.

The choppiness seemed to be fixed..

and the CTRL C,V,T etc shortcuts seem to have vanished...

Luckily for me I had exported my bookmarks...

but i forgot to export my usernames and passwords.. eek!

    Seems ok.. at the moment.

THe thing I hate about FF3 at the moment is the lack of add ons. I wanted my favorite theme, MacFox II... but the developer hasn't upgraded it to FF3 just yet.

    Re: firefox problems

I can't remember how I fixed my issue but I did try the scrolling extension but I found it scrolled wayyyyyyyy too fast for my liking even though I fiddled a bit with the settings.

    So good all is well.
